A Company to avoid is Paragon Kilns. By far the worst customer service i have ever encountered.When asking for tech specs on a Super Dragon kiln it took weeks for them to reply and then the information conflicted with their own dealers.

I would rather spend my money with a company who has a reliable support especially when buying a $8,000 kiln ?
